Description
The Snap'n Safe Coupler is a cast gray iron breakaway coupling that joins a square sign post to a square ground anchor one size larger. It holds the post in winds of 120 mph, yet lets it break away cleanly when a vehicle hits it, and the anchor stays in the ground for reuse.
Choose by your post size: each coupler joins a 1.75" post to a 2" anchor, a 2" post to a 2.25" anchor, a 2.25" post to a 2.5" anchor, or a 2.5" post to a 3" anchor. One person can install or repair a post in about half the usual time.
Installation Notes
Insert the coupler into the anchor and the bottom of the sign post, then assemble with the four included corner bolts. Installation hardware included. Anchor and sign post sold separately.
