All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Shipping costs, applicable taxes, minimum order surcharges, and any processing fees are calculated and displayed in your cart or at checkout before you complete your purchase.

We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. By providing your payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraudulent activity. If your order is cancelled after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Orders ship from U.S.-based facilities. Shipping methods, estimated delivery times, and related policies are outlined on our Shipping & Returns page. Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery site information. We reserve the right to bill the customer for any post-delivery accessorial charges assessed by freight carriers, including but not limited to liftgate fees, residential delivery surcharges, or limited-access fees not disclosed at the time of purchase.

Section 4 — Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Our return, refund, and cancellation policies are outlined on our Shipping & Returns page. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms described therein, including applicable restocking fees, return authorization requirements, and refund processing timelines.

Many of the signs sold on RoadSigns.com are manufactured to comply with the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD) and applicable ASTM standards. However, it is the customer's sole responsibility to ensure that any sign purchased is appropriate for its intended application, installed in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations, and compliant with any jurisdiction-specific requirements.

BTV Ventures LLC is not responsible for improper installation, misuse of products, or failure to comply with applicable regulations. We do not provide engineering, legal, or regulatory compliance advice.

Section 6 — Accuracy of Information

We make every effort to ensure that the information on this site is accurate and up to date. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, pricing, photographs, specifications, or other content on this site is complete, accurate, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered on our site is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition in accordance with our return policy.
