Free Shipping on Orders of $200 or More
Orders of $200 or more ship free by ground to the lower 48 states and Washington, DC. The $200 is counted before volume discounts are taken off.
Free shipping covers signs smaller than 36 x 36 inches. Signs 36 x 36 inches and larger and sign posts are not included, and if one of them is in your cart, the whole order pays regular shipping. Your cart tells you when your order qualifies.

We charge one shipping price per order. Bigger signs and bigger orders cost more to ship, and truck freight is a single charge that covers everything in the order. To see your exact price, enter your ZIP code in the cart before you check out. We do not offer 2-day or overnight shipping at checkout.

Business days are Monday to Friday, not counting holidays. Large orders can take longer. When your order ships, we email you the carrier name and tracking number. Orders with several items may arrive in more than one box.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Some custom signs ship from a different plant, so the time can change by a day or two. Your total wait is the ship time plus the delivery time. For example, a custom sign going to California ships in about 7 business days and arrives 4-5 business days later, about 11-12 business days in all.
Where We Ship
We ship to all 50 states, Washington DC and Puerto Rico. Truck freight orders to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico need a quote before you order. We do not ship outside the United States.
No P.O. boxes: our carriers deliver only to street addresses, so we cannot ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO military addresses. Please enter a street address at checkout. If an order comes in with a P.O. box, we will email you for a street address and ship once we have it, which can delay your order.
Truck Freight Deliveries
We deliver to businesses and homes. Freight going to a home, a jobsite or an address with no loading dock or forklift may need a lift gate truck, and the carrier can add a delivery charge for it. Please give a phone number and any delivery notes at checkout so the driver can call before arriving.
Check Your Delivery
Look over every box when it arrives.
- UPS or USPS: if a box looks damaged, take photos of the box and the sign and email us within 48 hours.
- Truck freight: before you sign, write any damage or missing pieces on the driver's delivery receipt. Take photos and email us within 48 hours with your order number.
Important: signing a freight receipt with no damage written on it tells the carrier everything arrived in good condition. We cannot replace or refund freight damage that was not noted on the receipt.
