The W16-9P is a supplemental plaque that mounts below a warning sign to indicate the condition is ahead. Black "AHEAD" legend on a yellow retroreflective background. Commonly paired with Pedestrian Crossing (W11-2), Stop Ahead (W3-1), School Crossing (S1-1), Bicycle Crossing (W11-1), and other advance warning signs.

Two sizes are available. The 24" x 12" is for single-lane roads. The 30" x 18" is for multi-lane roads and expressways. Mounts directly below the associated warning sign on the same post. Sign post, mounting hardware, and brackets are sold separately.
