The R4-20L sign directs all traffic in the lane to turn left. Black ALL TRAFFIC legend with a left-pointing arrow on a white retroreflective background. Introduced in the 2023 MUTCD as a mandatory movement sign for situations where every vehicle in the approach must follow the directed movement, such as at the end of a roadway, a closed lane, or a permanent traffic pattern change.

Three sizes are available. The 24" x 30" is for conventional roads. The 36" x 48" is for multi-lane and expressway use. The 48" x 60" is for freeway use. Note: The R4-20L (left) and R4-20R (right) are sold as separate signs. Sign post, mounting hardware, and brackets are sold separately. 48" x 60" signs ship truck freight.
