The R1-3 "ALL WAY" plaque is mounted directly below a stop sign (R1-1) to indicate that all approaches to the intersection are stop-controlled. White "ALL WAY" legend on a red retroreflective background, matching the stop sign above it.

Standard size is 18" x 6" per MUTCD specifications. Fabricated on .080" aluminum. This is a supplemental plaque, it does not replace the stop sign. Mount it on the same post, directly below the R1-1. Sign post, mounting hardware, and brackets are sold separately.
