The W11-1 warns drivers of a bicycle crossing or area where cyclists may be entering or sharing the roadway. Black bicycle symbol on a yellow retroreflective background. Used under MUTCD Chapter 2C near bike lanes, shared-use paths, and roadways with regular bicycle traffic. Three sizes are currently available. The 24" x 24" is for low-volume roads with speed limits of 30 MPH or less. The 30" x 30" is for single and multi-lane roads. The 36" x 36" is for expressways. Sign post, mounting hardware, and brackets are sold separately.
