The Blasting Zone Ahead sign warns drivers that they are approaching an area where blasting operations are in progress or scheduled. Used in temporary traffic control applications under MUTCD Part 6 for rock removal, excavation, demolition, and other construction activities involving explosives. Drivers may be stopped or delayed during active blasting periods.

Choose the sign size based on roadway type and required visibility. The 30" x 30" is the minimum for low-volume roads. The 36" x 36" is standard for conventional roads. The 48" x 48" is for expressways and freeways. Manufactured on .080" rustproof aluminum with rounded corners and pre-punched mounting holes. Hardware sold separately. 48" signs ship truck freight.
