Center Lane Two-Way Left Turn Only Sign R3-9b

The post-mounted sign for a two-way left-turn lane, with CENTER LANE across the top so drivers know which lane the arrows mean. The MUTCD lets it stand alone or back up the overhead R3-9a (Section 2B.32), and signing helps most where the center turn lane is new or its paint is often hidden by snow or wear.

Order 24" x 36" for a typical two-lane road with a center turn lane, or the oversized 36" x 48" on wide arterials; both are MUTCD sizes. Our BEGIN and END plaques (R3-9cP and R3-9dP) can go directly above it. Sign post, mounting hardware, and brackets are sold separately.
