The W3-5 in orange warns drivers of a reduced speed limit ahead through a temporary traffic control zone. Black up arrow above a white speed limit sign pictograph reading SPEED LIMIT 15, on a fluorescent orange retroreflective background. Used in advance of a work zone speed reduction per MUTCD Part 6, where the new limit may not be visible in time.

This listing is for the 15 MPH version. Other speed values are available as separate listings, and a blank version is available where the speed is specified at order time. Three sizes are available. The 30" x 30" is for single-lane roads. The 36" x 36" is standard for conventional roads. The 48" x 48" is for expressways, freeways, and enhanced conspicuity. High Intensity Prismatic / Diamond Grade DG3 / DG3 Fluorescent Orange. The DG3 Fluorescent Orange option pairs a High Intensity Prismatic white speed limit panel with a DG3 fluorescent orange background. Manufactured on .080" rustproof aluminum with rounded corners and pre-punched mounting holes. Sign post, mounting hardware, and brackets are sold separately. 48" signs ship truck freight.
