The W2-8 warns drivers of an intersection ahead where side roads enter from both sides of the main road. Black double side road symbol on a yellow retroreflective background. Used under MUTCD Chapter 2C in advance of intersections where the side road configuration may not be obvious to approaching drivers.

Three sizes are available. The 24" x 24" is for low-volume roads with speed limits of 30 MPH or less. The 30" x 30" is for single and multi-lane roads. The 36" x 36" is for expressways.
