FDC Dry Standpipe Sign

For a dry standpipe that holds no water until the fire department pumps it in, common in unheated parking garages, open stairwells and other spots where the pipes could freeze. DRY STANDPIPE under the FDC letters tells the first crew that water only reaches the hose valves once they charge this inlet. The white letters and border on red match the other FDC signs on the building.

Made in 18" x 12" and 24" x 18" on rustproof .080" aluminum, a good fit for open garages exposed to rain and road salt. Sign post, mounting hardware, and brackets are sold separately.
