The W11-9 warns drivers that disabled or handicapped pedestrians may be crossing or entering the roadway ahead. Black wheelchair symbol on a yellow retroreflective background. Used near hospitals, rehabilitation centers, care facilities, and areas with known handicapped pedestrian activity.

Three sizes are available. The 30" x 30" is for single and multi-lane roads. The 36" x 36" is for expressways. The 48" x 48" provides enhanced conspicuity. Sign post, mounting hardware, and brackets are sold separately. 48" signs ship truck freight.
