The Right Shoulder Closed sign warns drivers that the right shoulder is closed at the sign location. Used in temporary traffic control applications under MUTCD Part 6 where shoulder work, utility repairs, or construction restricts access to the right shoulder. Choose the sign size based on roadway type and required visibility. The 30" x 30" is the minimum for low-volume roads. The 36" x 36" is standard for conventional roads.
