The R1-5L is placed in advance of a marked crosswalk to alert drivers that pedestrians have the right of way. The left-pointing arrow directs drivers to yield to pedestrians approaching from the left. Used on multi-lane roads where vehicles in one lane may block the driver's view of pedestrians crossing from the other direction.

36" x 36" fabricated on .080" aluminum with 3M High Intensity Prismatic (HIP) retroreflective sheeting. Sign post, mounting hardware, and brackets are sold separately.

Note: The R1-5L (left arrow) and R1-5R (right arrow) are sold as separate signs. Choose the direction based on which side pedestrians approach from relative to the driver.
