Double Right Turn Lane Control Sign R3-8R

Mirror of the double left turn layout, for two right-turn lanes: the right lane turns right only, and the lane beside it may turn right or continue straight. MUTCD Section 2B.30 says signs like this go before the intersection, never on its far side.

Choose 30" x 30" for most roads, 36" x 36" for the oversized MUTCD size, or 48" x 48" when the sign must be seen from farther away. Where it shows only the two right-hand lanes of a wider road, mount a RIGHT LANE plaque (R3-5fP) on top, as Section 2B.30 requires. Sign post, mounting hardware, and brackets are sold separately.
