The R6-3 is posted on a side road where it meets a divided highway, usually with a STOP or YIELD sign. The symbol shows the median and the two one-way roadways, so drivers turn into the correct side. DIVIDED HIGHWAY legend and black symbol on a white retroreflective background, per MUTCD Chapter 2B.

Two sizes are currently available. The 30" x 24" is for conventional roads. The 36" x 30" is for wider, higher-speed approaches or extra visibility. Sign post, mounting hardware, and brackets are sold separately.
