The D9-11b points drivers to public electric vehicle charging at the next exit or turn. The MUTCD limits it to DC fast chargers available at least 16 hours a day, and it also pairs with Alternative Fuels Corridor signs. White EV pump symbol on a blue retroreflective background, per MUTCD Chapter 2I.

The 24" x 24" panel is the conventional road size, and a larger 30" x 30" is also offered. A directional arrow plaque under it turns it into a directional assembly. Sign post, mounting hardware, and brackets are sold separately.
