The R3-5cP HOV 2+ plaque identifies a lane as restricted to high-occupancy vehicles. Black HOV 2+ legend on a white retroreflective background. Mounts with mandatory movement signs (R3-5 series) at HOV lane entries to indicate that the mandatory movement applies to vehicles meeting the HOV occupancy requirement.

Standard size is 24" x 12". Mounts on the same post as the associated mandatory movement sign. Sign post, mounting hardware, and brackets are sold separately.
