The R10-12 is mounted next to the left-turn signal head where left turns are allowed on a circular green. It reminds drivers turning left that they do not have the right of way and must yield to oncoming traffic. Black legend with a green circle standing for the green signal, on a white retroreflective background, per MUTCD Chapter 2B.

The 30" x 36" is the size the MUTCD sets for this sign beside a signal head. A smaller 24" x 30" is also made for private roads and campus intersections. Sign post, mounting hardware, and brackets are sold separately.
