Merge Left Warning Sign W4-1L

The W4-1L gives advance notice that a lane entering from the left merges with the through road ahead. Black merge symbol on a yellow retroreflective background, per MUTCD Chapter 2C.

Five sizes are currently available. For private sites, such as a distribution yard where a side lane joins the main drive aisle from the left, the 18" x 18" and 24" x 24" are sized down to fit. The 30" x 30" is for low-volume roads posted at 30 MPH or less. The 36" x 36" is for single-lane and multi-lane roads. The 48" x 48" is for expressways and freeways. Sign post, mounting hardware, and brackets are sold separately.
