The W10-11 warns that there is only a short distance between a railroad crossing and the intersection beyond it, so a vehicle stopped at the intersection may not clear the tracks. Black storage space symbol on a yellow retroreflective background, per MUTCD Chapter 8B.

Four sizes are currently available. The 36" x 36" is for single-lane and multi-lane roads. The 48" x 48" is for expressways, or oversized for enhanced conspicuity. Smaller 30" x 30" and 24" x 24" sizes are also made for private rail sidings and industrial sites, below the MUTCD size for public roads. Sign post, mounting hardware, and brackets are sold separately.
