The W10-3L warns drivers on a highway that runs alongside railroad tracks that the side road to the left crosses the tracks right after the turn, so a turning vehicle may have to stop for a train. Black symbol on a yellow retroreflective background, per MUTCD Chapter 8B.

Two sizes are currently available. The 36" x 36" is for single-lane and multi-lane roads. The 48" x 48" is for expressways, or oversized for enhanced conspicuity. Sign post, mounting hardware, and brackets are sold separately.
