The R1-2aP plaque mounts below a YIELD sign at one-lane bridges, narrow underpasses, and similar locations to clarify which direction of traffic must yield. Per MUTCD 11th Edition Section 2B.09, this plaque may be used when engineering judgment indicates that drivers in one direction must yield to oncoming traffic.

Three sizes are available. The 24" x 18" is for conventional roads. The 36" x 30" is for multi-lane and higher-speed roads. The 48" x 36" is for expressway use. Mounts directly below the YIELD sign on the same post. Sign post, mounting hardware, and brackets are sold separately.
