The OM2-1V marks hazards right next to the road, such as culvert headwalls, handrail ends, utility poles, narrow shoulders and drop-offs. Three round yellow plastic reflectors run top to bottom on a white reflective panel, the layout the MUTCD sets for this marker.

Made in one size, 6" x 12", the MUTCD minimum for Type 2, with a High Intensity Prismatic or Diamond Grade DG3 white panel. Line up the edge of the marker nearest traffic with the edge of the object nearest traffic, as the MUTCD advises.
