Wait on Stop Sign R1-7

The R1-7 is required next to an automated flagger assistance device (AFAD) that uses a remotely controlled STOP/SLOW sign, on the same support or right beside it. It tells approaching drivers to wait while the device shows STOP, and pairs with the GO ON SLOW sign (R1-8). Black WAIT ON STOP legend on a white retroreflective background, per MUTCD Part 6.

This sign is 24" x 30", the size the MUTCD lists for conventional roads and freeways alike. Sign post, mounting hardware, and brackets are sold separately.
