Work Zone Plaque G20-5aP

The G20-5aP is mounted above a Speed Limit sign to show that a reduced speed limit is in force inside a work zone. Where the reduced limit stops, an END WORK ZONE SPEED LIMIT sign (R2-12) can tell drivers so. Black WORK ZONE legend on an orange retroreflective background, per MUTCD Part 6.

Two sizes are currently available. The 24" x 18" matches speed limit signs on conventional roads. The 36" x 24" is a larger plaque for freeways and expressways, bigger than the 30" x 24" the MUTCD lists there. Sign post, mounting hardware, and brackets are sold separately.
