The R5-1A confirms to wrong-way drivers that they are traveling against the flow of traffic. White "WRONG WAY" legend on a red retroreflective background. Installed downstream from the R5-1 Do Not Enter sign to provide a second warning to drivers who have already entered the roadway in the wrong direction.

Three sizes are available. The 30" x 18" is for single-lane roads. The 36" x 24" is for multi-lane roads and expressways. The 42" x 30" is for freeways and locations requiring enhanced conspicuity.

Typically paired with the R5-1 Do Not Enter sign at freeway off-ramps and one-way street entrances. Sign post, mounting hardware, and brackets are sold separately.
