Added Lane Left Construction Sign W4-3L

During construction, temporary ramps and crossovers sometimes bring traffic in from the left on a lane of its own. The orange W4-3L tells drivers on the main road that the entering lane continues, so nobody has to merge. Black added lane symbol on an orange retroreflective background, per MUTCD Part 6.

Four sizes are currently available. The 30" x 30" is the MUTCD minimum, allowed only on low-volume rural roads, local streets and roads with operating speeds of 30 MPH or less. The 36" x 36" is the standard work zone size for conventional roads. The 48" x 48" is for freeways and expressways. A 24" x 24" is also made for private work sites and plant roads; it is smaller than the MUTCD minimum, so it is not for public roads. Sign post, mounting hardware, and brackets are sold separately.
