Added Lane Right Construction Sign W4-3R

Use the orange W4-3R where a work zone shifts a ramp or detour so it joins from the right with its own lane, a common setup on staged interchange projects. Through drivers keep their lane while the new traffic flows in beside them. Black added lane symbol on an orange retroreflective background, per MUTCD Part 6.

Four sizes are currently available. The 30" x 30" is the MUTCD minimum, allowed only on low-volume rural roads, local streets and roads with operating speeds of 30 MPH or less. The 36" x 36" is the standard work zone size for conventional roads. The 48" x 48" is for freeways and expressways. For private job sites, a 24" x 24" is also offered, below the MUTCD work zone minimum. Sign post, mounting hardware, and brackets are sold separately.
